some things i decided i like tonight:

1-the lawrence arms song, “nebraska”.

2-having someone to talk to, no matter where they are.

3-the fact that i get to visit illinois for a week over new years.

something i’ve never liked, in fact that’s sort of a pet peeve of mine:

–as a skateboarder, or even biker when i used to have a bike, i can’t stand when perfectly able people on foot make a point to only cross streets from the inclined handicapped-accessible part of street corner crossings. you have feet that work. you can step up or down the curb. i have a skateboard that i don’t know how to make jump into the air, i need that incline more than you do, and you’re in my way. it’s not something i’ve very adamant about, it just doesn’t make sense to me. they put inclines there so that people unable to step up or down curbs can have access, and then everybody starts using it. wouldn’t you rather step up or down the curb and relish the fact that you’re so capable?
